Sales Development Representative

Mission
As a sales development representative, your work focuses on outbound sales strategy. You confidently share product or service information with outside prospects.
Responsibilities
Keep an updated understanding of IoT industry trends, players, potential opportunities, and risks.
Stay current and familiar with emerging vertical and horizontal technologies, products and technology trends
Work in a collaborative team environment, within the account team, coordinating the right resources to get the job done, taking ownership, or handing off where appropriate
Utilize excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a very interrupt-driven environment including pipeline management.
Building relationships with potential clients will be the central part of your job. Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
Impeccable communication skills, as well as being focused on lead generation and strategic outreach.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and at times, ambiguous environment.
Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
4-5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets in a technical sales role within a medium to large size organization with a strong sales history in food manufacturing and processing and / or agriculture. (required).
Strong communication skills via phone and email. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. Good relationship building skills are necessary, including the ability to build a rapport and communicate effectively with all levels of Webee, the customers, and partners.
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization. You love closing deals using complex market research and focusing on continued learning and improvement
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
Fully bilingual, English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software
Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes
100% Remote Work
Base salary range above 55 K per year, according to the candidate's seniority and experience
