Marketing Manager - Demand Generation
We are looking for a curious, creative, to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels,
support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
You will empathize with our customers and understand their worlds and perspective, and build relationships with our R&D and Engineering and sales teams to get to the core of the challenges our clients are facing.
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
Partner with internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
Content:
Support calendar through creation of content across the website, the blog, landing pages, white papers, e-books, emails, case studies, ads, client presentations and more.
Lead Gen:
Help ideate, develop, and execute campaigns across social, email, and digital leveraging assets like blog content, case studies, and white papers.
Social media:
Support growing social media and online reputation management. Ideate and execute social component of campaigns and events.
Manage Strategic Alliances
Foster a positive team environment
Perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
English language is mandatory
Proven experience in Social Media MKT campaigns , Paid Search and Lead Gen programs
Salesforce and marketing automation tools - Marketo, ActOn, Pardot or similar
B2B enterprise space
Channel MKT campaigns - Strategic alliances | Co-Selling
Experience with technology products and services is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, writing, or equivalent
