Vital Voices Global Ambassadors

Last week, COO & Co-Founder Cecilia Flores participated in a program that empowers women leaders from around
the world to help advance their goals and make an impact in their communities.

​The  Global Ambassadors Program was held in Washington, DC October 17-20th. During the program, a partnership between Vital Voices and Bank of America, Cecilia joined 10 other women leaders for a week of one-on-one mentoring and training to build business acumen, leadership, financial management, and more.

To date, the Global Ambassadors Program has been held in 20 locations around the world, helping more than 170 women leaders from more than 70 countries develop the skills and strategies necessary to advance their goals and make a meaningful impact within their communities.

Cecilia joined this network of nonprofit and business leaders who recognize and advocate for the role
that women can play to advance economic growth and development, and to gain skills that help advance her organization and  her community.
